Por lo anterior, se ordenó devolver el expediente al Tribunal de la referencia para que rehaga la totalidad del procedimiento, de conformidad con la presente providencia.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad absoluta de todas las actuaciones surtidas dentro de la presente acción de tutela, a partir del auto que permitió su iniciación, inclusive.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, se devuelva el expediente al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá -Sala de Decisión Civil-, para que rehaga la totalidad del procedimiento, de conformidad con la presente providencia.
- Tercero. Agotado en su totalidad el anterior trámite, envíese nuevamente a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revisión.
